A big villa on a parcel in the forest, it's long side along the road. Involved as architect for design and engineering. Poject delayed.

A villa on the border af a village, looking out to protected nature. The location of the new villa was restricted by rules because of the existing house on the parcel. Involved as architect for design and engineering.

Lake-development

Developement of a lake, on the north with horeca and watersport and on the south 'waterhouses' and 2 foresthouses, near to the town Breda. Involved as architect for design. Project delayed/cancelled.

Library

Library with shops, horeca, childerndaycare and parkinggarage at a square which ends up the pedestrian commercial main area of a little city. Not built, studyproject.
